Have you tried Wolframalpha? It harnesses data available on the Web, uses the computational engine of Mathematica and gives the most amazing results! Try it :)

After you commented, I thought of contextualising the post to this blog. So I tried Malta Minus Facebook… weird as it may seem, it does mean something to Wolphramalpha and it tells me that a click on my Facebook would take 50.2ms to get to Facebook if it travelled straight through fibre…. http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=malta+Minus+facebook
